I couldn't agree more. The red flag for me was when the board had shareholders vote on a raise in compensation for Wolgen a couple years ago when long-term shareholders were significantly in the red.
Think about - Wolgen gets his raise - and the company was running out of cash a few years later.
Another reason why I sold a lot of shares. That kind of stuff is outrageous to me.
Far too much compensation for a company that needed more cash.
I ask again what shareholders were thinking when they voted to increase Wolgen's compensation. I know many who were very angry about this and voted against it.
