I agree information that is 'Commercial-In-Confidence' maybe: '...commercially sensitive and this could form part of any on going discussions.' However, operational information and data is not commercial information and must be disclosed and is in the public domain.
Alternate, loans, take-overs, joint ventures and farm-outs, etc are commercially sensitive and should be held confidential. My point is that such discussions are dependent on the April or May 2018 recommencing of testing and interpretation of results.
Can you explain:
"Conventional maturation is ongoing, we do not know what S Staley has uncovered outside of the latest report and how much has been retained, if any as maybe be commercially sensitive"
My understanding is that testing re-commences in April or May 3018, at which time oil flow rate will be determined.
