That chart will give you nothing.
What you need are specific charts for specific stocks or specific sectors.
No offence but you will be hard pressed to make anything out of that chart.
You may as well flip a coin (should I buy or sell) as you will get the same result as your chart IMHO.
There are plenty of trading seminars that you can go to and charting tools to use.
Just go to the day trading thread for that and you will learn a lot over time.
