I understand that Oyu Tolgoi is already producing Cu concentrate and exporting to Chinese smelters (source: Rio's website: http://www.riotinto.com/copperandcoal/oyu-tolgoi-4025.aspx).
Construction of its much-delayed underground expansion is expected to commence in 2016. When operational, the expansion is expected to contribute approximately 10% of additional copper demand.
