@pintohoo; even after windfalls from the mining booms of 2000 and 2020 Australia still doesn't have any 'Very Fast Trains', a fair dinkum NBN or even proper metro systems in our largest cities. Our public schools are among the worst resourced in the developed world.
The Coalition instead chose to misdirect those windfalls to $Feed $Greed, to allow multinational companies like News Corp and Glencore to pay almost no tax on the $Countless $Billions they've earned from Australia and to waste on incredibly stupid warmongering WMDs such as Morrison's submarines.
Then there's what they've enabled irresponsible developers to do to our natural environments - from the GBR to what's left of our forests.
