    Thanks for the replies. Understand the numbers scenario but how do we, the minorities, vote is my question. After all we don't know which camp Platinum will join. Shouldn't we vote for the party that will give us the best return. Are you saying Tinkler(self) not WHC (Tinkler largest SH)is the front runner. If the current directors are returned does that not better preserve independence in dealing with bids. If McQ nominees are in hardly a level playing field.
