Would be interested to know how true that is - i can hardly trust anything they write nowadays?
If that really is the case then it further proves that yield has got nothing to do with buying, but its purely a 'greater fool' phenomenon. Doesn't sound very rational but no doubt is reflective when an investment asset garners a 'cult' following.
