It's all so ridiculous. Completely farcical case. Their main argument appears to be they have some 'emails' (which by itself is barmy). Well, we have a number of ASX announcements from MZN themselves saying the lithium is KDR's.... So strange.
Suspect they were after a settlement. Hope they don't get it.
