investors make joint bid for centro, page-2

Should be a very interesting AGM next week, unfortunately, I will be in Hong Kong at the time.

I have to wonder, a bid for the whole Centro group would have to be higher than the 40c NTA, right ?????
So many questions going through my head right now.
How would CER fare on its own ? Would it pay distributions?
What would happen to the 50% CNP presently own ?
Its all up in the air at the moment, and the suspense is killing me.
I was holding out for the dollar a share, but if I have to live with 50 cents, then so be it.
