from what l gather CNP has negative equity which means a buy out has to cover debt and then some for the shareholders ???
clearly lenders want money back, but l cant see us getting much back in any deal.
the best would be if they can sell half, pay debt, hold the remaining until prices recover.
any wobble in the markets and offers will suddenly dry up, its all wishful thinking atm, expect many months of "wait and see"
