I agree with a lot of what you said, but like our media, you have missed one important point. There is no AUSTRALIAN property boom, it is a CAPITAL CITY property boom. If you live in a regional area, there is no boom, maybe some of those big city dwellers that can't afford a $1m property should move to the country.
