lol..probably have to wait till flow rates...so ...any month now...any month now.....everyone knows the resource will be increased but i'm guessing the bigger money wants to know it's going come out of the ground quickly enough to pay for rapid expansion....but Sonangol could make a move anytime...so we are back to..
