Might be a bit sooner than 4 weeks, they have it currently slated for the second half of this month. If you have a look at the current 14 day rainfall predictions attached (Source: NOAA), the majority of the rainfall is predicted to fall in the lower end of the catchment with limited rainfall in the upper catchment to the S-SW meaning there shouldn't be too many delays, if any.
