Found this link to a summary of the presentation in Melbourne. Interestingly there are four major points that were reported as being covered in the presentation.

1) tungsten price expected to gain (this is already happening - 9% increase last week)
2) presentation suggests update of resource volume (this was announced in last announcement)
3) two offtake agreements are at advanced stages covering a further 60% of production.!!
4) after the offtake agreements are finalised, focus will be on financing plan.
