Kevin Rudd via his BIG AUSTRALIA SPEECH (conveniently) did his best to spruik the property market to Investors at the halfway point of the wind down of the boost at the end of September.
I wonder what happens these keen but naive investors stop buying.
Rental yields, particularly in Melbourne are well beyond what a sane investor would pay.
