This article claims investors are flocking back to property. I have my doubts on that, as in many states the bottom rung has been taken out - a huge number of people cannot afford to enter the market.

Rent isn't rising fast enough to make up for the high cost of property either, and certainly won't give a decent return.

I wonder if this is just more real estate industry propaganda trying to boost a dead property market.
