RES is currently valued at approx $80mill.
Unfortunately its better value for a JV company to buy RES rather than JV it.
IMO expect a takeover offer before we even get the chance to raise equity as pre-equity raising would be the time to pounce.
FYI - I hope this does not happen. The thought of selling out at something like 40-50c is disappointing.
