...that is the talk floating around the traps in the USA, and stated by the scouts and 'sniffer dogs' with lots of money to invest eg., Venture Capitalists, Institutions, GeoTech Experts etc.



You may hear different (and isolated) claims on some forums(short term profit motives). This occurs with absloutely any and every share in an overall falling market - but remember, they are mainly daytraders in panic or profit who need you to sell.
If noone sells a company, the price goes up - simple.
That is the reason why MAE is illiquid at times - because its such a great opportunity to invest - keep that reason for illiquidity in mind.
