Conditional Settlement of Class Action

The parties to the PIF Class Action have today entered into a conditional Settlement Deed. The terms of the Deed are strictly confidential and the Settlement is conditional upon the Court approving it. In general terms, the next steps will be:
1 – Registration – September 2014;
2 – Court approval applications – November/December 2014;
3 – Distributions – expected in first quarter of 2015.
