Hardly...we are nowhere near 20 yet and anyway what about the 80% rise in between...also a long way to go to 14 cents which was their original call......if they said rise to 37 followed by fall to 20 then yes I would have some respect....otherwise they know as much as you or I and no more..(probably less actually)...
