    Hi piko,

    Right.... that supposedly been the plan all along but circumstances have changed dramatically in my opinion. The size of 4x Sydney Harbours gives plenty of room for other players. Just need to sort the economics for all parties..... something the ZIM gov is doing right now to capitalize on this discovery.
