barney, I thought it was exporting finished products, but this line caught me "untapped potential in countries such as Zambia".
I have no appetite for another oil/gas virgin country exploration story after the Zimbabwe saga, especially the PSA drama.
A google search shows Tullow, Boweleven and Oranto have Zambia exploration permits, but there seems no action at present.
As sonic says, get some development completed and revenue through the door before you even think about another country.
