BKN & TSE have similar situations. The offers are off the table, share prices are going to the south.
the short volumes are building up. already both look bearish. the prices are below the starting points where INDICATIVE PROPOSAL announced.

BKN troughs,
on 1 /12 /14 , $3.28 ,atm SP is below that.
on 13/6 /14 , $3.29 ,atm SP is below that.
on 24/6 /13 , $4.21 ,atm SP is below that.
on 25/6 /12 , $4.64 ,atm SP is below that.

on 6/3 /09 , $0.99 ,atm SP is above that. Obviously very good support over there.
