    Yeah just speculation.Im not sure who the exporter is because once it is on board technically I would imagine it belongs to the Chinese but it hasnt yet been exported.
    Not really the main issue though which is can they produce and have they got the reserves.
    If both are posotive then we have a 5 bagger pretty quickly.
    Still it aint there until its there
