RIO knows this (below from BHP) yet along with BHP (the price setters) continue to sell it's shareholders assets /product at discount prices (alot closer to the low than the high)!
VALE ( facing billions of dollars of debt, fines and compensation) would welcome an IOP increase, imo.
Chinese mills must have high Iron content ore (a sellers market!).
Chinese demand remains high! (Close to record imports)
Yet Management continue to destroy shareholders wealth!
