Good Post RedRock,
I am considering an entry point for a decent size holding over the long term and am not so much concerned about the small fluctuations in the SP - I don't have a degree in accounting but a quick glance over the financials makes me somewhat concerned there is a $10B debt and with 47% production cost it can fast become not so viable.
So for me it might be ok (as a long-term investor) but for those who want a quick exit and handy buck or two I can only see danger signs - the mortgage lenders have no mercy and the odds seem to stack up in favour of shorter.
I can't see a quick recovery from this point unless something major happens who knows.
Definitely worth watching this space.
