NJV was a binding offer sheet with FMG. There were approvals required which will be the only thing holding it up.
I doubt BCI can do anything with it while it's pending the approvals of sale. Until we hear what FMG think about restarting it's hard to say what the price may need to be. FMG might want significantly higher prices to maximise profits, who knows.
