I think I would prefer to be buying BCI before $60. But you are welcome to wait for it to reach $60 first before you buy. Also remember companies get taken over in these downturns. If you wait until the good times begin. You would have already missed out on all the upside potential. It is in these hard times where the biggest fortunes are made.
