Regarding the proposed remuneration report at the AGM.
I understand the fixed remunerations contracts are not being increased but directors are being paid bonuses for successful resolution of the ATO and MCC cases.
If this is the case, while they are still generous bonuses, they seem more reasonable as they are not ongoing.
