First condition of ECB's bond-buying program is supposedly the countries themselves have to ask first. So, Spain looks like they're gonna raise white flag very soon.
Bernanke will probably factor in Thursday ECB meeting outcome and Friday Non-farm payroll numbers.
All in all, I believe ECB action will have more impact than QE3 because europe is the main culprit in the current slowdown. But looks like Bernie and Draghi may be speaking on the encrypted secure lines over the coming days. Everything will be heavily choreographed to reassure markets.
