Yup and dont forget if the fed does move in sept they will do so in the mid month fed meeting i think on the 14th of sept.....
Also was watching cnbc last night and they were saying that the republicans are anti bernanke and qe.......so the fed only really has sept to do qe incase the republicans win......
Around 5 percent of rios capital needs to be bought back so they rally back up in the short burn rally will be awesome!
