Hi Rednet,
for some time I was monitoring both prices, Custeel and Market Index. During a price rise period, Custeel's price was well ahead of MI. After 12/5 peak, the price started to go down faster at the Custeel and now is well below the MI. Custeel is a Chinees company and it may be following recent order from the government. Slightly adjusting reality.
