I don't think the sp is going much lower just theorising on why the "perception" of IO stocks by the market has changed despite the A$ price being as good as lasty year.

Just noticed the buy side volume jump up substantially. A lot of bids near the recent lows around 93-95 cents. Probably punters and fundies returning from holidays and hoping to pick some up near those lows. Let's hope the China numbers are OK and they have to move those bids up.
