Given the negative posting on this forum, one wonders how mining ever survived in Australia before China began developing their economy. And given the emphasis placed on IO prices, you also have to wonder how our miners survived when IO was 32 bucks a ton. How long ago was that - eight years ago?

One also wonders why someone would post ten to fifteen negative messages per day as our friend with the alpha-numeric name does. Loneliness I suppose... Anyway, the obsession appears to be more about mental health than economics.

I wondered why few commented on his/her posts. Then I realised this forum has an "ignore" function.
