The Freight cost of $12.19 & $13.68 in the table were the shipping costs not the trucking cost.Trucking costs are included in the operating cost figures of $49-51/t. The CFR price is the Cost plus Freight (shipping) cost i.e landed cost, whereas FOB is obviously the Freight of Board price. Therefore the difference between the two is the shipping cost. It's very possible cost have come down slightly. If you have a source on the current shipping cost then post a link/reference and that will shut up anyone that is doubting you.
