it wouldnt make sence to produce up to 5 million tonne after 5 yrs.. when in the first yr they announced of aiming for 1/2 million tonne then 960,000t second yr...
thats 480,000 +960,000 + 960,000 + 960,000 + 960,000
it NOT bolt on aquisitions if nsl are producing the same quantity from yr 2 to yr 5...
they want to expand and keep expanding their business until they reach "goal" of 5mpta. in 5 yrs..

so

480,000 yr 1
960,000 yr 2
by yr 5 5,000,000

given they have already aquired another mine, and looking at mine 3, as mentioned by ironawe they are already aiming for 1mpta by end of first yr.. all they need is to win contracts or find more suppliers.
