Fact they had problems with mine 1 when drilling and had to move the drill rig to mine 2.
THEY USED THE WRONG METHOD OF TESTING... ANOTHER METHOD IS BEING IMPLAMENTED AND RESULTS WILL BE AVAILABLE BY END OF QTR... I DONT AND EITHER DOES ANYONE ELSE REALLY CARE IF THEY HAVE TO WAIT A FEW MONTHS FOR THE RESULTS FROM MINE 1, WHEN MINE 2 IS GOING TO BE GENERATING CASHLOW ANYWAY!!!!..
Fact they said the grade could be lower then expected.
And what, NSL are the only company in the whole ASX, that lye as a outlier due to the fact that their results may differ to their target? come on give me a break, every company that goes into real testing may find that the end results may be a bit lower or even higher than previously thought...
Fact the $38 per tonne or $28 per tonne are not based on spot prices that you know of.
Given that Indian iron ore is generally sold into the spot iron ore market, the Company has taken a conservative approach to pricing inputs and calculated the NPV on a price of $60 per tonne Free on Board (FOB) for 63.5% iron ore.
THEY TOOK A CONSERVATIVE APPROACH.. MEANING THEY CAN DEVALUE THE " ACUTAL " VALUE AS MUCH AS THEY WANT OR ARE COMFORTABLE WITH.. TO ME IT MEANS THE COMPANY DOESNT WANT TO RAMP, RATHER TAKE A DEFENSIVE APPROACH, THE MOST PROBABLE OR MOST REALITY.
in regard to all the other assumptions, they have been discussed and agreed upon that the company needs to announce the costs, price, and get photos, and details for each site... IT IS NOT IMPERATIVE TO GET A JORC IF THEY CAN SELL THE IRON ORE AND GET MONEY... Westcott, you are sounding like a old bottle of ginger ale, with the repeated wording...
We all know nsl have work to do, but what me and few other posters are trying to say is that THEY ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK, ON THE TRACK TO MAKING MONEY, GROWTH, EXPANSION AND WEALTH...
but in the end, the biggest and most important thing is profit, that is the bottom line... PROFIT!!!!... something nsl will be getting very soon, something SDL ONLY DREAM OF GETTING IN THE NEXT 2 yrs.
im done with this...
good luck..
