    I had a feeling you were referring to Guinea not Congo.

    The part about Rio taking too long to develop the site is ridiculous.
    Rio have around 16 drill rigs on site and spend on average $20 million per month for drilling and associated cost's.

    Rio do have iron ore interests in India by the way.
    A 51% interest in Rio Tinto Orissa iron ore project.
