You are adamant that the royalties are worth nothing - no if buts or maybe's - you are wrong!

All value held by GDN is relevant. I happen to think the royalties are significant based on my information and research.

I also think that Golden Eagle has significant value. Further that to value GDN market cap on PE is ridiculous, which leaves the other valid measure, which is Assets v Liabilities. Royalties form part of that EQUATION IMHO.
