Sorry boys. The Cliffs report means absolutely nothing to GDN other than new ground held by Cliffs has added to its resource base.
Development to unlock a royalty stream for GDN could, and most likely will be, 15 years off. Cliffs had a program for expansion a long time before GDN's dirt became available from Polaris.
The future of GDN is in Utah. End of story. Signs are reasonable that the gas reserves review can be significantly better than the one previously carried out for P1#.
They are progressing gas plant and pipeline on the basis of a significant gas flow. This is a very good lead unless you believe the Board is missleading the public and its all a smoke screen. You would have to be very brave to suspect that.
Cross your fingers the Board has been talking up the true potential of the field and if you believe there must be money to make from this stock.
I am a bit worried about the massive new line up on the sell side for both shares and options. But as we know a reasonable report can change that quickly.
