    You can't just mine through with current operations.

    They need to carry out a detailed exploration program, develop a mining proposal, get environmental approval in an environmentally sensitive banded iron formation.

    Approval is years away and some areas may not be minable for environmental reasons. But I like your simple enthusiasm chasing down this royalty issue.
