    Back in April when ADY had addittional contracts close spot price for IO was $78 per tonne, guess what, yesterday spot pricing hit $117.50 per tonne.

    I am pretty sure this answers why PT has been delaying NEW contracts as he has always been on top of the demand curve in terms of this.

    Will it keep going, probably, but I smell another cont5ract very soon given this 45% increase in price!!!!!

    Well done Phil for ensuring the loyal ADY holders get the best deal!
