At the end of the day, it is how much the buyers willing to pay for the assets. Given the company is in va, the likelihood of va achieve full valuation of the asset at sale prices is highly unlikely.
Given the size of debts and complexe involvement of the local state, this will be a long battle.
Once the dust settle a little, I would not be surprise we will see few resignation from the board.
A the end of the day, shareholders come last in the queue and more often then not, there is nothing left. In the whole of the process, shareholders has no said in it and va is no obligation to shareholders nor provide any communications.
