    So IOF dropped another 8% today.

    curiously no information about the rights issue shortfall which I suspect is significant.

    ING, which has been an active buyer and seller of this stock, knows, and it is probably insider trading going on.

    Standby for interesting news about the outcome of the share rights issue, AFTER the insiders have got themselves set up for it.
