    everyone must remember that

    - IOH was a Hogan & Partner float
    - UMC was a Hogan & Partner float
    - IOH office is on the same floor as UMC
    - Mal Randall is a Director of both companies
    - Matt Hogan (until taking up UMC CEO position) was Company Secretary of IOH

    now I ask, what are the chances that a MGS doesn't happen between UMC nad RIO? one would say less liekly than not ie less than 50% on a probability scale??
