It has just made ROY's tenements in the Pilbara far more valuable with IOH doing a deal with RIO to sell their ore to RIO who will then transport.

This deal paves the way for other small Pilbara miners to economically develop their Pilbara assets, which up till now, were inhibited by massive transport and infrastructure obstacles.

ROY's new leases are only 17kms away from RIO's rail and borders the area that RIO are currently drilling.
