ION have recovered from it's low of $1.33 last month to $1.65...

ION have recovered from it's low of $1.33 last month to $1.65 today. This stocks was sold down heavily by CBA; one year ago, CBA sold down HVN to as low as $1.88 which led to Mr Harvey come to the market and brought 4 million shares average $1.90. Similarly, directors from ION keep buying while CBA keep selling last month. I wonder what was happening to CBA funds managers who decided to book early profit (or lost) by selling low and buying high strategy?
Some similar stories about MRL, LEI, AMC and may be JHX (Jame's hardie)?
