ION's pilot plant is mobile, meaning they can transport it anywhere, most probably the EU, which should assist with attract funding if it performs well.
The SA government seems keen to help out where it can too.
If further funding is required, and lets be honest it will be, hopefully for shareholders it will be non dilutive through government grants etc. ION should also be recipients of R&D refunds through the ATO.
