Didnt we already have rio rumours a while ago.
Weak hands will be hard to find today, so probably close at 19c - we have 2 days until an announcement the announcement is the dfs so I imagine will be price sensitive. On a 20c stock people will take that punt at a chance in SP increase.
Offtake will follow that will push us into the 20s.
Finance with CR will see share price drop back on dilution.
A big player will buy this project once its up and running and has product buyers = paying a premium. Could be Rio if their California mine is getting to expensive.
Least the above is the dream.
