Ionic Capital Raise, page-41

It looks like a great investment but my 2 questions are.

1) Assuming the funds are raised through the rights issue when will the IPO most likely be?
2) Now we have the rights issue document, can someone shed some light on what existing shareholders will be entitled to? Last try was 5:1, at 14,55 cents and IPO 20 cents. If you had a 1 million Ionic shares from 1:1 issue from SER what was that worth under old listing deal and what will this one be as an estimate?

Already down a lot from VXL and from SER so need to know some numbers to reassure me? Been sooo long that I need some good news. Thanks
